Three Weeks Old already??

That's right! Little (or should I say big at now 10 lbs, 5 oz) Cecilia is three weeks old! I couldn't help myself and had a little photo shoot with my little one! She was loving the camera, but not sure if she appreciated the outfit changes! She was a trooper though, and we have a great shot for our birth announcements! Here is the film:

The Day the Christmas Tree Came Home

This year Matt was determined to have a real Christmas tree. This is a tradition in his family, but in my family...we go artificial. We did decide to go real tree, but we only had the Mustang to bring the tree home. No way that full of sap, needle losing tree was going on or in my car. So with little trouble, Matt and the Home Depot worker put the tree in the Mustang. What a feat!

Cecilia decided to end the day with a bath in the sink, while Momma and Papa ended the day with the bottle of champagne we still hadn't had to celebrate Cecilia's birth!

Grandma Hale, Aunt Katherine and Uncle Stephen come to Visit!

We we so lucky to have visitors to help out with Cecilia as we adjusted to home life. Grandma Hale couldn't wait to come and see us, and with her came Aunt Katherine and Uncle Stephen too! We had a great time hanging out, sleeping, changing diapers, sleeping, washing clothes, sleeping, and so many other things too! Thanks for all your help and a wonderful visit!

Two Weeks Old and counting...

Cecilia Rose is two weeks old today!

It is hard to believe that our little girl is two weeks old already. It seems like only yesterday we were still in the hospital....but now that is over and Cecilia is now a part of our every day lives!

I love my bouncy chair! Thanks Mrs. Nogal!

Bath Time!

Now that my umbilical cord stump has fallen off, I can take big girl baths! I loved time in the sink with Grandma Hale. But most of all, I LOVE getting my hair washed.

While Mamma was Sleeping....

While Momma was sleeping in the hospital, Papa and Cecilia were busy rocking away. Cousin Katy caught it in this photo. Its one of Papa's favorites, so we thought we'd go ahead and post it.
