Nick & Joelle's Hitchin

Nick and Joelle - two of our very best friends in ever - were just wed in DC. It's been our privilege to know both Nick and Joelle before they started being enamored with eachother, and to watch them grow in their love for one another, and in their love with our Lord. So it's with great joy that we witnessed their marriage. A few pics!

Last week we went to DC for Nichlas and Joelle's wedding! It was a great trip! We tried to stay in a hotel (silly us) but instead were persuaded to stay with Kate Ebeler at the Goerge Mason FOCUS girls' house in Fairfax. We had so much fun, and Momma and Papa didn't need to sit in the dark once I went to bed! Thanks Miss Kate for letting us stay!

Mamma was VERY excited that Auntie Steph was able to come for a week and stay with us! We had a great time hanging out around the house, as well as seeing some of the local sights! Here are the highlights!

While Steph was here, I tried to make her yummy Vegetarian food. Here I am trying to be Little Chef making Ratatoullie.

That is a whole lotta squash.

Ok, so the way Little Chef layered it wasn't exactly working, so I just made it like a lasagna and layered the squash that way. I must say, it wasn't the best meal I have ever prepared.

Her Highness' New Throne

Since we are going to be traveling a lot soon, and since I am such a big girl, Momma and Papa needed to get me a new chair for the car! Isn't it pretty? Aren't we both pretty?
