When we were in Chicago, we were able to spend a lot of time with cousins....not only because they live so close, but because there were so many birthdays while we were there! Here we are having birthday fun and playing out in Grammie's backyard.

Cecilia got a Rosary from Grammie that she was able to take with her to church for during Mass. But I guess she thought somehow it could also get over her head. Not quite kiddo.

Cecilia's Pretties!

Momma, Miriam and I made an unplanned trip to Chicago all by ourselves! It was a bit hectic getting there, but we managed just fine. While I was at Grandma Rose's house, she found a whole bunch of pretties for me to play with. For those who aren't sure if I am going to be a little model (ham) here is the proof!

So how many people can say that they caught the very first time one of their kids rolled over on video? Not many right? Well, we sure did! Miriam rolled over for the first time today, and I was able to get the video below - check it out! Way to go Mir!

Almost There!

Ever since the day she was born, Miriam has decided to be an over achiever. She was moving her head from side to side at two days old...picking up her head a few weeks later, and now she is trying to roll over at only 10 weeks old. Now maybe these things are normal, and I am just being a "look at what my kid can do" mom, but I think it is pretty neat. For those that didn't believe me, here are the pictures to show that she is really trying her hardest to get on that tummy!

Friends At Our Place

Momma invited my friend Jax over, so we got to play for a while. He just lives down the street. I showed him all my toys. And then we ran around the house and chased each other and cracked ourselves up. And I'm pretty sure Mommy might be crazy by now too. Oh well!

On the Beach!

So we decided to hit the beach some today with cousin Katy. Quite a fun day - but I forgot to throw the umbrella into the car, so we had to improv a sunshade out of towels to keep Miriam shaded. But still fun - the waves were super high, so we ended up doing some body surfing too!
