Queen of the Playquilt

Stephanie (Pappa's cousin) gave Cecilia an inflatable penguin bobble thingy when Cecilia was in Cincy. The penguin has a weird huh-huh-huh-huh-whoooiiii laugh and plays music when the bobble is rocked. Until a few weeks ago, Cecilia would stare at it, grab on to whoever was holding her, and sometimes start crying if she heard the noises. Um, not so much anymore. As you can see, she chases the thing around the room now, hitting it and trying to chew on the feet and beak.
