Polish St. Patrick's Day

I am not Irish at all. Not one bit. I am almost 100% Polish. Neither is my husband; not in the slightest. He is 100% German. But for some reason I was inspired to make corned beef brisket and cabbage today. I have never done it before, and if I do say so myself it turned out quite nicely. It had a great glaze/sauce on it too. Yum.

So here is a picture of what our dinner looked like:

Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes, and beer cheese soup. All washed down with a nice Harp.

Now if you want a Polish feast...check back after Easter...that is going to be some good eating!
And no, I am NOT making the soup :)
